Dale is a licensed EMT and has worked with numerous medical teams and harm-reduction organizations since 2018, including RGX Medical, The Zendo Project, Lighthouse Medical, Jamcare Medical, NEST, and RaveSafe Kansas City. He works closely with Dr. Christine Ziemer in managing the strategic vision and initiatives of the organization.

Executive Director
Christine is a Professor of Psychology at Missouri Western State University and has provided harm-reduction-aligned peer counseling through organizations such as The Zendo Project and The Fireside Project. She co-founded the Psychedelic Educators Network and the Kansas City Psychedelic Integration Circle and works with Midwest Psychedelic. She oversees strategic initiatives and board operations with Dale.

Shannon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice, specializing in integration therapy for clients undergoing ketamine treatment. Passionate about psychedelics’ transformative potential, she advocates for creating safe, trauma-informed environments to support individuals exploring altered states of consciousness. She will serve on the Safe Journey Sanctum committee, working alongside Elizabeth to provide a comprehensive model of care.

Currently pursuing certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), she is passionate about advancing psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, informed by her involvement in clinical research. Elizabeth serves on the Safe Journey Sanctum committee, where she actively advocates for harm reduction and trauma-informed care.
